We at Clariot Jewellers understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.
DELIVERY
A) How does the delivery process work?
Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing it over to the courier partner.
Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Then, your item is shipped to your location.
In case your address falls into a location that is not served by our delivery partners, the Clariot Jewellers team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to ship the products within 7 to 10 working days. However, due to the current COVID situation, some order shipments might take longer than usual. Since all the products are made-to-order, there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
Please note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.
C) Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Clariot Jewellers with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click “TRACK ORDER” and enter the digits of your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long it will take to get delivered.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
A) Do you provide shipping all over India?
Yes.
B) Which locations do you ship your products?
Clariot Jewellers ships throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.
C) Are there any shipping charges?
Clariot Jewellers offers free shipping within India.
D) Do you provide a Cash on Delivery method?
Yes, we provide COD all over India.
E) Do I have to make any advance payment in COD?
Yes, whenever you buy more than one product, you will have to pay half the amount. If you hesitate in paying the amount, then you will have to pay INR 500-300 in advance, which will be deducted from your total amount or the remaining amount will be COD.
F) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, there are no extra charges for COD.
G) How are orders packaged?
We go the extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, Clariot Jewellers has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.
H) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order by contacting our customer support team at support@clariotjewellers.com.
In case your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address, which will charge you INR 200.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Clariot Jewellers provides international shipments. We happily offer our customers lucrative shipping for all international orders.
Shipping charges depend upon the weight of the parcel.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs, and local sales taxes (if any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Exchanges and returns are not applicable on international orders.
